Persembahan Music Cina

We had joined a performance in MPCA on the date 23rd October 2005, Sunday. All the major chinese choirs and associations performed. It is consider quite a grand performance. Something was brought up after all the performance. The conductors and mentors of the choirs had a small discussion.
Mr Liu Kok Yao stated that having discussions without any actions is just meaningless. Actions must be taken after all these years of discussions. He had personally trying to raised and train a group of choir trying to build a better standards in choir performance and vocal quality.
Different parties should be doing different tasks that suits them.
Singers should sing, organisor should organise and contributors should contributes by what they can afford instead of the members of the choir doing everything simultaneously.
In my opinion, there should be an organization formed, not to manipulate but to contribute, to any activities required, library establishment, resources building, for better organization towards invitation of foreign choirs' visiting and internal musical festivals' organization and so on. Choir organizations in malaysia are acting without any main directions and people are just joining for the sake of joining or only for fun. To accomplish a better standard in vocal music. People should have an aim, an objective, a motive, a vision, multiples missions, efford and most importantly a heart towards improvement.
We enjoy singing yet we need improvement as well.
Do we only come to the choir every Saturday and sings just for passing time?
Different people may have different motive.
An organization should be able to obtain any sort of people yet must have a vision of its own to bring improvement and to lead the members to a better place.
